1. Agreement to Terms
1.1. By accessing or using the Fixer Station web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Service.
2. License Grant
2.1. Fixer Station LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
3.1. You are prohibited from licensing, selling, renting, leasing, transferring, assigning, distributing, hosting, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Service.
3.2. You must not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, nor attempt to access or discover the underlying code.
3.3. The Service is intended for commercial use only by entities seeking handyman services and by handymen contracted to provide such services.
4. Your Account
4.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and to keep your password secure.
4.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. Communication Preferences
5.1. By using the Service, you consent to receiving communications from us including emails and SMS messages as part of normal business operation. You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company.
7. Termination
7.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Texas. Fixer Station LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas. shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
9. Changes to Agreement
9.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
